1.6 Throw an object accurately and with applied force, using the underhand, overhand, and sidearm movement (throw) patterns.

Students are able to use the internet to watch videos and learn from people demonstrating the proper technique(s). The main mode of assessment is teacher observation. Students will demonstrate the with a performance task. They will be asked to physically perform all three skills.
